Anita Joshi (She/her) is a commercial and technology lawyer and has over 20 years experience both in-house and in private practice, in the financial services and energy industries. Anita has extensive expertise in reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and advising on technology/outsourcing transactions, privacy and related compliance matters.  Before starting Anita Joshi Law, Anita practiced as an in-house senior commercial and technology lawyer at Bank of Montreal, TD Bank Group and Toronto Hydro.  Prior to working in-house, Anita was a financial services lawyer in private practice at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (now Dentons LLP).

Anita holds a B.A. in Economics from McGill University,  and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Anita is a Member of the Law Society of Ontario and was called to the bar in Ontario in 2001.
